Dokken Supports Scorpions’ Farewell Tour
Heavy metal band, Dokken, has announced they will be one of the supporting acts for The Scorpions farewell world tour, “Get Your Sting and Blackout,” alongside Cinderella.
The tour accompanies The Scorpions newest and final album, “Sting In The Tail,” which ranked #23 on Billboard, marking the band’s highest debut showing in over 20 years. The tour is currently underway, with dates announced through the end of this year. Dokken is an American heavy metal band that formed in 1978. They achieved several charting singles and have sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. Fans are ready for their Greatest Hits album, a collection of re-recorded songs from their 80’s albums plus two new tracks, which physically hits stores mid-2010, on April 21 in Japan, and is currently available for digital download.
